Shortened VW Buses were all the rage

In the late '60s and early '70s, a lot of people ruined vintage VW Buses by shortening them... why would they do this? Oh well, some magazines of the time captured the fad nicely. Enjoy the pics since you can't enjoy the buses any more. Way to think ahead guys.

The Winner of The VW Phish Bus was Dan from Montana. He was a lucky phan that was present at Festival 8. Talk about karma he watched his old VW bus burn to the ground a few months ago. It's all good because we raised a lot of money for The Waterwheel Foundation.
